Helping survivors of sexual assault & abuse to get better with therapy that works.

Life after experiencing a sexual assault or abuse can feel scary and overwhelming

Survivors can feel stuck thinking about what happened over and over. They describe a sense as if their body is reliving the experience randomly or when triggered. It can make your whole life feel out of control.

Perhaps you can relate. Maybe you feel anxious or panicked; you're unable to feel safe in your body, in public, or with another person. You may feel like life is constantly spent feeling “on edge” or trying to avoid panic attacks.

Do I have to tell you about what happened?

No, there are ways we can help you process what happened without you ever needing to tell me any details of the event.

Can you help me if I experienced childhood sexual abuse?

Yes, many of the clients I have successfully treated experienced childhood sexual abuse. I have expertise in working with all forms of sexual violence.
